Meet Brent Van Hoozen

Brent Van Hoozen, MD, is a board-certified physician at Pulmonary Medicine Associates with offices in Roseville and Sacramento, California. He proudly serves the Roseville community and specializes in critical care, pulmonary, and sleep medicine.

He received his medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois. Following this, he participated in an internship at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, where he later completed his residency. 

Relocating to California, Dr. Van Hoozen completed a fellowship at the University of California, Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, and served as an assistant professor in residence.

Before joining Pulmonary Medicine Associates in 2002, Dr. Van Hoozen served at several hospitals in California, including David Grant Medical Center in Fairfield, Woodland Memorial Hospital in Woodland, Sutter Davis Hospital in Davis, and Vencor Hospital in Westminster. 

Outside the office, Dr. Van Hoozen prioritizes time with his family, and doing projects around the house. He enjoys providing exceptional care to his patients at Pulmonary Medicine Associates.
