Kanwaldeep Randhawa, MD, is a board-certified physician at Pulmonary Medicine Associates in Roseville, California. He joined the team in 2009, specializing in pulmonary and critical care medicine.
Dr. Randhawa earned his Bachelor of Arts in molecular and cellular biology, graduating with honors from the University of California at Berkeley. He attended medical school at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine in Sacramento.
After earning his Doctor of Medicine, Dr. Randhawa completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital in Florida. He returned to California for his pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
Before joining Pulmonary Medicine Associates, Dr. Randhawa worked in intensive care units (ICUs) at Cedar Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Today, he specializes in diagnosing and treating various pulmonary conditions in adults of all ages.
Dr. Randhawa holds several certifications. He is a diplomate with the American Board of Internal Medicine, the Subspecialty Board of Pulmonary Medicine, and the Subspecialty Board of Critical Care Medicine.
Along with his clinical work, Dr. Randhawa is a member of several professional associations, including the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Chest Physicians, the Sierra-Sacramento Valley Medical Society, the California Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.
When he’s not with his patients, Dr. Randhawa enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
